“Recently we closed on our new Stock Development Naples home at Isles of Collier Preserve. When we began our search for a home, we did an internet search to find a broker to help and found Corey Cabral. Corey showed us many properties in the Naples area, educating us on the different areas and types of communities available to us. We looked in many communities and saw several enticing rehab opportunities in mature communities.
Corey’s knowledge of construction helped point out what we would need to change and how we would be able to accomplish our goals made this option a viable path. However, since we were not living in Naples, we thought a new build would be easier for us to manage than a rehab from out of town. Working with the builder, Corey was able to negotiate what we think was an excellent value including all available builder discounts, a great value for us.
Since we were doing finishing work after closing, Corey helped guide us to with detailed information and sources of subcontractors to get the best workmanship to complete our home. On the final walkthrough, Corey helped us examine every aspect of the home to make sure that the builder gave us the quality and condition of home we expected.
Throughout the process, Corey was supportive and helped with the stress and emotions that naturally occur with all the decisions of a major purchase. The best news is that at closing the house was worth significantly more than what we paid!
